To delete your account and data, please log into your Joyn app. There you will find an account deletion link. We cannot delete your account from our website due to our user validation process. If you require assistance in logging in, additional guidance to account deletion processes, or for some reason cannot login but still need to delete an account, please complete the form and we will be in contact with you.
